Orders that never reaches the client's.

I ordered food on Friday 18th pedro's hillbrow, never received my order I was told the drivers always does that they collect the order and never delivers to the client don't worry will refund u. I have been waiting for my money, no one it's calling me, I'm the one always does the calling I'm being told will they will call me back. I was shocked that they are aware drivers collects the food but never delivers but they are not doing anything about. Please refund my money
