ORDERED BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE FOOD.
I placed an order at 19:17 it was accepted and I paid, waited for 40 minutes without any update. I called at 20:00 only to find out my order is not processed because they stop at 18:30 to accept delivery orders and they don’t know how they going to refund me. What nonsense is this? Why is your system not updated to not take orders after 18:30. Now I am expected to download and send bank statement. Who’s gonna pay for the fee to download the statement?
I need this to be sorted ASAP
