Order went wrong.

The main reason I don't like ordering full chicken and be cut into peace's was to avoid the very same experience I had today with Pedros Wonderpark. I ordered full chicken and did not request to be cut and to my surprise when I arrived home 3 pieces are missing, I immediately called them and were so unprofessional including their manager who started by dropping the call on me until he responded by saying I should come back to collect missing pieces, imagine wasting my petrol to collect some pieces.
