Order supp**** incorrect

Poor customer service, order was supp**** incorrectly. My family and I recently went to Pedro's chicken at the Phoenix Plaza. We ordered a Viva meals, our instruction was for them to make the chicken Extra Hot and cut it in 4pieces. When we arrived we we noticed that the chicken was cut in 8 piece and not 4. After have our supper my wife see on the packaging that they had supp**** us with hot chicken instead of extra hot. The service is very poor at Phoenix Plaza. We buy from the Mt Edgecombe branch all the time and don't have an issue with them.
