Order not received. Total Pathetic service

My wife placed an order on Uber Eats for a meal from Pedros Chicken Phoenix Plaza at 4:30pm and it is 7pm and we have not received the order. When we call Pedros Phoenix Plaza, they cant find the order. They manager there is trying to assist but there is no resolution. Total pathetic service from both Uber Eats and Pedros Chicken Phoenix Plaza
