Order *** took over 2hrs and the store handled it so unprofessionally it’s so appalling! The manager at Sunnyside Pedros (Nelly) was the most rude person I have encountered yet. Straight told me she has a lot of orders and thus will not apologise for not communicating and sending me to MrD or Uber to check if they have my order which I had ordered directly from their online page. The customer centre promised to get her to call me she never did. Had to call the store again only for Okgone to answer, make me hold before attending to me then when she finally called the manager they “oh it’s that one” before she came burning to the phone to tell me off! I do not appreciate her telling me the sooner I get off the phone then she can have my order taken out! I do need to know how she’s still a manager there!
