Online orders

I have been a customer of Pedros since they opened in dobsonville and my family loves Pedros.It was my son's birthday on valentine's and I was working he asked if he could take his friends to Pedros for that 49 bucks meal.I thought of sending him a cashsend but I found it too risky for a 10 year old.I then placed an order online for him and 9 friends and asked them to go to Pedros.When they got there they were told they can't sit down because they ordered online.They didn't want dishes or anything just to sit down and enjoy the meal.Chairs were empty and they were told that's for walk in customers

I called the head office to try and understand as I have purchased food with other competitors online and have never been told I can't sit down because I bought it online.

If the restaurant was packed I would understand can someone please explain this to me.i spoke to Zama from your customer care and she said that the policy if you order online you take your food and eat it outside not inside the restaurant.Pedros I'm very disappointed as we have many reasons for ordering on line
