Online order not delivered
Placed an order online at 19h50 to be delivered, Promenade store accepted the order and the money deducted from my bank account. When my order was not delivered at 20h45 I called the store only to get automated response that the store is closed. According to Pedros website the store is supposed to close at 21h00. My family went to bed on an empty stomach. Really disappointed at your service

The order was delivered at 21h35 food was cold, sauce leaked all over the bag. My family was asleep already at that time.
