Old chicken

I ordered one of there meals via Mr D. When the food got here all was well until I opened the chicken. Supposed to be a 1/4 chicken which it was but the chicken was re cooked and it was tough and it was covered in rice.

I thought oh well maybe they just messed up and swapped the chicken. But after having a bites of it I noticed the chicken was tough and had a very weird taste. I had someone else taste my food and said the chicken if off that's why it has that taste.

I cannot blame Mr. D as they are the courier services. Tried calling the restaurant but they 1st of all couldn't understand what I was complaining about. Secondly the manager was busy and I waited for 7mins and someone cut the call.
