Off chicken at Pedro's Dobsonville

I am deeply hurt by Pedro's chicken Dobsonville mall , I bought a full chicken for in laws traveling an they told me the chicken is off , I tested the chicken as I had the other half 😓😓it was terribly off , when I called to complain then told me they find it strange as to why am I the only complaint 😪no follow up whatsoever
