Not worth the money I spent

Purchased a family pack Payella meal at the branch. Cashier was friendly order was taken. Added a large chips to the meal. This doesn't look like a large chip. Waited for my order to be called. It was ignored. My order number was 839, and the customer who had an order after me had gotten their orders. When the lady called 846, asked why she didn't pack and call my number, she couldn't answer. Scrambling to give the order haphazardly with no apologies. Went and complained to the cashier, just saying sorry about that, only to see the way it's was packaged. The sauce is less on the chicken. Pedros, do you call this a large chip?
