Not the service we used to receive

We always like to support Pedros Bonaero park but they always seem to be out of toys when we purchase kids meals, every single time and we buy quite often, whenever we do receive a toy it is the same snakes and ladders... Our child has about 11 of them by now... Tonight we ordered a burger kiddies meal with mayo, again, no toy, no mayo, only burger and chips in the box and we paid full price (almost R60). We are so disappointed and speaking to them directly does not help. Don't know where to speak to someone anymore....
