Not happy with the service and the order

I ordered a delivery for inside the mall , as per internet a double up meal 79.90 and added a cold drink total 89.90 , my friend order a pellela with breast for 47 ... Order got deliver no chips on my double up meal and friend got a qauter leg dry with rice ... This is not the first time , it's 2 hours after calling , no one to fix it or replace my order , I want my money's back , instead you call centre wants me to call the manager and sort it out
