No service, no chip, waiting for an hour for order, not correct money given back when requesting refund

Description: I dont want a phone call or any compensation. All I want for everyone to know how absolutely awful your plumstead branch is. I walked in 13h15 ordered two full chicken and chips and 5 burgers and chips as it was my daughters birthday and out of all that we could have chosen from to buy food we chose you.. The chips were important to have as my Husband has a problem with his teeth so could only eat chips. I placed my order and then went to shop - I came back 40 minutes later and order was still not ready. I waited another 20 minutes an then the cashier called me over and said they had No Chips. Why didnt they tell me this in the beginning. I asked for my cash back which I received but the notes were crumpled and torn and she was meant to give me 479 back and she gave me 300 - thank goodness I checked. Your Plumstead staff dont smile, dont greet totally negative, lack of service, they really look like they dont want to be there and destroyed my daughters birthday. Your branch is just awful, I will never ever buy from your outlets again
