No Joy After Food items Missing

So disappointed and angry with PEDROS CHICKEN BAYVIEW (DURBAN). Ordered a meal from them for my family visiting via MR D. Food was delivered and items were missing like chicken. Phoned the store but could not get through. Phoned Pedro Customer Service and they tried to get a hold of the store but also failed. I was told that they would cal me back with feedback but nothing. I had to drive to the local TIKKA PLACE and buy food to avoid embarrassment... Terrible Service.
