No Customer Service Chicken Quality Disappointing

Order 417, Inv No 152384. Very Disappointed for the chicken meal I ordered. The chicken was not grilled properly. It was a boiled chicken. I requested xhot, but it was a mild sauce. I requested the chicken to be cut in 4 pieces, 1 was correct, and the other was cut in 8 pieces. The manager or supervisor should check the meal before handing it over to the customer that the order and the preparation chicken are correct. I purchase normally from Centurion on a weekly basis and never experienced this service. The store was busy on that day, but it doesn't mean your meal preparation should be rushed through. The quality of the food should be maintained the same as other stores. I did refer this matter to customer service website also unhelpful. The store manager tried calling me on Whatsapp 28 November 2023 around 16h00, I couldn't answer as I was in a business meeting, and I sent him a message to call back in 10 minutes. To date, I didn't receive a call on his apology or a curtousy call. Poor customer service
