Nails found in my chicken.

I ordered a Viva meal online at Pedros Cresta Crossing and as I eat my chicken I found a Nail in my mouth, when I called to query this to management I was sent from pillar to post and was told their customer service would call me back of which they didnt get back to me. I then decided to go to the store, Found the manager on duty and explained to her, she then called the line manager who sent her to the big boss, who kept on asking questions like "is the customer expecting a whole meal or a refund" they i responded a refund, they then asked me to leave my banking Details and till this days I'm still waiting after i was serve contaminated food from PEDROS CRESTA CROSSING.
