My Worst Experience, After Eating Pedros Ordered from Hillbrow - Pretoria Street

My name is Brian, and I would like to lay a complaint about my experience with Pedros In Hillbrow 27 Pretoria Street, Shop 108, Hillbrow (Just next to Cambridge).

After having received my order which was not the usual Lemon & Herb sauce that I normally order from Pedros.

Immediately after, this is how my body reacted to this poorly rushed sauce. My guess is that the person who made it was just about to knock off and just in a hurry to get the order out his/her way. You could tell that this sauce was not the usual one, this one was watery, mixed with some sort of spices which my body reacted to it, badly.

I Even told my wife, who was with me, that this is not the sauce we normally have (that creamy tasty lemon & herb sauce). Immediately after having it, I started coughing and these itchy ****les started to pop out.

It's not my first time to have Pedros, meaning to say, I have had numerous meals before. And never had this reaction before, after having eaten it.

So when i went to inform the Manager Lizwe, he did not even show any remorse and care. And showed no interest in how we should resolve this in trying to make sure that this does not happen again. They went on to blame the Delivery poor guy, who delivered the package still sealed. I guess they also blame him for their watery spice sauce.

Therefore, i lay up this complaint for :

1. An Investigation - because there might be something fishy going on there (Staff - swapping the original sauce to sell it for their gains, then preparing this cheap sauce for paying customers) which might hurt your brand going forward , and even worse, kill someone because of allergies and food poisoning.

2. As a customer, I feel my right to voice my complaints was totally disregarded and avoided by Pedro's Staff in Hillbrow. As I was treated like an annoying customer. who raised his concerns. And would like that this message be spread out to all Pedro's customers for caution
