MISSING PIECES OF THE CHICKEN

I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my recent purchase at your branch located at Shop G01, Rivonia Village Shopping Centre, Rivonia Boulevard, Edenburg, Sandton, 2128.

Yesterday evening, I purchased one full chicken and large chips and requested that the chicken be cut. However, upon opening the package later, I discovered that it did not appear to be a full chicken. Both wings were missing, there was only one drumstick, and the breast portion had been cut into unusually small pieces, seemingly to make up eight pieces.

I am extremely disappointed, particularly as this branch has recently opened and I did not expect this level of service or quality. More concerning is that since consuming the meal, my colleagues and I have experienced stomach issues.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter urgently and advise on how you intend to address it.
