Missing order

I am so disappointed with the service I received from Pedros Chicken Kine Centre Marshalltown, I ordered a full chicken meal that was supposed to have 4 rolls and Large chips but to my surprise when the order was delivered Large chips were not part of the order and worst part is I received my food not sealed as the driver claimed that the bag is/was not strong enough hence the order was not sealed.

So I paid the full amount yet I received items which are not worth what I paid for.

They don't even reach out to me when I complained about this. Talk about "good customer service"
