Missing chicken pieces

I visited one of the Pedro's franchise in wonderpark after doing my Christmas shopping it was around past 3pm and I ordered a full chicken and larger chips with a lemon and herb sauce to eat at home. Unfortunately as I was dishing up I noticed some pieces of the chicken were missing, a thigh and a wing were not packed, the sauce was also not enough you could barely taste the flavor on the chicken and I could not drive back to the mall from Soshanguve. I am very disappointed with the service received today and I am not sure if I'll ever go back and buy at the wonderpark Pedro's.
