Mickey mouse restaurant with disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service Friday the 26th I ordered a kids platter at Pedros woodburn I placed the order online and also paid online an hour and 30minutes earlier but to my arrival the order was still not ready mind you I had requested an Uber hence I made sure I order early I had to wait for another close to an hour for my order ended up having to pay the Uber driver double the price because i had made him wait.Monday 29th April I place an order over the phone for collection the lady answered and she purposely ended the call then I called again then a gentleman answered the call he was very professional and even comended him on his service told him he just saved his store a complaint he took my order and advise it will be ready in 20 minutes.Ny husband and I drove there about a 30 minutes distance to go and collect our order when we got there the ladies said it's was closed this was still something to 8 and nobody even called us to ask if we were still coming for the order or not then a gentleman came and open the door to let my husband in who had now come and to get the order message from my phone to show them after seeing the message they advised him that they dont have chicken no the double burgers I had ordered again nobody so the need to contact me and advise of this had to drive all the way there for nothing.This use to be the best Pedros in PMB but now its the worst
