Messed up order

Once again Pedro's has done it again with their bad service receive my order but with they did not send my whole order the Cool drink was missing. I did add ons for a large chips and only received a small chips which I paid R27.90 and there was hardly any chips in the packet. Once again to your senior management how are you guys going to compensate me for this lost and what is management going to do to make this right because I'm very unhappy even paid for extra basting sauce but the chicken is dry 😡 you guys got a serious internal problem. I'm not satisfied my delivery.
