I ordered Pedros online for delivery on the 03-08-2023. I waited for a good 2 hours, called the restaurant to find out how far they are and they said it was out for delivery, a few minutes later it said unable to deliver. And it was already late for me to go to store to collect. I logged a call regarding reimbur*****t of my money, a guys called on the 06-08-2023 and said my money would be refunded into my account which I still haven’t received it to this day. The service is unacceptable!!! It’s not fair waiting for food and not receive it with no proper explanation and then still not get your money back for something you never got.
