*********** Manager & Horrible presentation

Pedros Chicken in Yethu Centre, Mofolo Soweto The manager there is *********** and lacks basic managerial skills. I ordered 3 fully loaded wraps on Uber Eats, what was presented on Uber Eats and what we got were 2 completely different products. Without wasting time we went to the restaurant to have our food exchanged and manager **** to us and told us that the regional manager told him to not exchange our food. He did nothing whatsoever to assist us and kept shooting down every suggestion and solution. I wasted a good R210 on nonsense. Standards at Pedro's has dropped. I'm very disappointed. I think the manager is Wallace or Wayne.
