Management must do better,come to the customers and listen to the customer

I went to Pedros yesterday afternoon,I was so disappointed with the service and meal Ordered two quarters chicken meals,they said they're out of thigh pieces they only have breast and it was the second day this week encountering same breast only pieces nonetheless I proceeded with order 1.Chicken was so dry I could hardly swallow it. 2.Bought chicken livers and garlic roll,it came with normal roll I asked the waiter she went to change it only to come back with same roll I called her again and show her that is not garlic roll 3.Ordered their 900ml mocktail the jug was half full of ice cubes I took them out they filled two glasses, again called the waiter asked her is this okay to pay for R39 for half full jar and call that 900ml,she went to the manager and came back saying Manager says there's nothing he or she can do Out of my meal I ate chips and left the chicken and roll on the table. The service was very poor especially in the management they DO NOT CARE
