Lost purse

On Monday I went to Pedro's in Randfontein to have lunch and when I left I forgot my purse on the table. I went back the same day when I realized that I forgot the purse. They told me that they did not see it. I then requested to see the ccv footage they looked at the footage without me they told me that the clients are not allowed inside the store. My problem is how can they look at the footage without me the person who lost the purse.
