Long Wait for Wrong Order 🙁🙁
On 2023-06-24 I have ordered 2 Cheesy Jalapeño wraps at Pedro's Chris Hani Crossing in Vosloorus and I received the wrong product. The item sent was just a wrap with no salad in it, only chicken strip and sauce. The wraps were not in accordance with the order I concluded with the store.
I had to return the wraps and they asked to make me another one, so I was so frustrated when they finished the order, they didn't give me my receipt and the lady tried to look for it for 10 minutes then I just took my wraps and left... When I got home I found out that now they put extra hot sauce on it and it wasn't what i asked for. So I couldn't go back again since I've waiting for more than an hour ☹️
I therefore request you to send me the right product free of charge within 7 days of the date I sent the complaint.
