Lack of complaints handling.

Pedro's long st cape town. Raised a complaint, was told someone will contact me but no response yet. Ordered whole chicken with sides a few weeks ago. Waited 45 mins to be told no Greek salad. They gave me the order anyway and instead of feta cheese they used sliced processed cheese. Still waiting for a response to my complaint.
