****** IPhone at Pedro’s Centurion Mall by Pedro’s Cashiets

I went to Pedro’s Centurion Mall and bought a burger meal, I had my iPhone on my hand and when I opened my handbag to take out the my bank card, after I paid I took my slip and went to checkers. Within 5 minutes I noticed that I don’t have my iPhone with me, I immediately went to Pedro’s and all cashiers claimed they didn’t see my phone.

I returned to checkers and Vheckers management without any argument pulled out the surveillance for me and it was confirmed that I walked in without a cellphone on my hand. The following day I went back to Pedro’s and I was told a long story that Managet is still checking the cameras and for the 100th time they took my contact details. I called again like a fool without any positive feedback. When I called again on day 4, I was informed that the Owner said is too long she can no longer review the cameras as time has passed by. I hate Pedro’s Centurion with all my heart. They are all bunch of ****s and *******. People be careful of Pedro’s Centurion, they don’t have humanity en they have poor customer service. They need to be retrained. The owner of Pedro’s centurion Mall is very EVIL.
