Investigation outcome
I complained on the 18th of April about the service I got at Woodmead Pedros.Today 22nd of April 2025 I’ve got an email from Pedros saying my ticket number 33358 has been closed without me being informed as I was stilll waiting for the outcome of their investigation as per email received from them.Dissatisfied really
