Complaint Against Pedros Quagga – Incorrect Order Delivered via Uber Eats

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pedros Quagga.

I placed an order for paella through Uber Eats and specifically requested a chicken leg with Hot Blasting flavour. Instead, I received chicken covered in mayonnaise and peri-peri sauce, along with a drumstick and breast portion, which was not what I requested.

What frustrates me most is that I paid for a meal of my choice, only to receive something completely different. Why should customers pay for specific meals and then be expected to accept whatever the restaurant decides to prepare?

This is unacceptable and shows a lack of attention to customer instructions and order accuracy.

I would like Pedros Quagga to take responsibility for this mistake and provide a proper resolution, either a refund or a replacement meal prepared exactly as ordered.

Customers deserve to receive what they pay for!
