Incorrect order. Bad customer service.

I have visited Pedro's Emerencia multiple time and always have the same problem. Incorrect order. I ordered and paid for a loaded chicken paella. Received a normal paella. Last night I called Pedro's spoke to the manager Gift who promised to call me back. Telling me the tills are full he can't check my order Till now I'm waiting. Sitting with food which I refused to eat.
