Incorrect order

I had placed an order via the Mr D app from Pedro's West Street in durban. I ordered cheesy chicken fries and two drinks. The meal arrived and it was the incorrect order. It was only cheesy fries no chicken. I called the store and spoke to someone who left me on the line and continued talking Zulu to someone else then told me he going to give the call to a manager. Someone came on the call but it wasn't a manager he put me on hold to check and the call cut he called back and said they don't have drivers. They will check if there is a driver but they never called back. They had told me you can come to collect it. The service is pathetic and I won't recommend ordering from this branch at all.
