Inconsistent recipes depending on where you buy

I went to Pedros Tembisa mall on Saturday, the service was appalling. First I stood in a long queue and was told they only take cash at the toll, not cards. I went to order at the machine and it did not give me a receipt. I ordered full chicken paella like I normally do at other branches and they just gave me chicken with rice. Does the paella recipe change depending on where you are buying from? Pedros needs to do better. I am disappointed in what I got.
