Incomplete online order

Very disappointing experience. I ordered online while I was at work — 1 full chicken and 4 rolls. When I went to collect at Tsakane mall, the store was extremely busy, so I simply took my order and left without checking because I trusted that it was packed correctly. When I got home ready to enjoy my meal, I discovered that the 4 rolls were missing. This was frustrating, especially after making the effort to order ahead and collect. Customers should not have to double-check their orders because of avoidable packing mistakes. Attention to detail is important, even when the store is busy. Very disappointed 👎
