Improved service

My first experience at Pedros Chicken at Laudium was the worst to a point I vowed to never return, after I left I called to speak to the manager to explain my frustration and I must say the manner he responded really calmed me down. Then after I vowed to never return, my family convinced me otherwise and I decided to dine there again and fortunately I was served by the same people and I must say, I was extremely impressed. The service was 11/10.... I was so happy
