I'm not happy with Pedro's chicken

I places and order with Pedro's chicken Phumulani Mall in Tembisa for collection,which is 4.44 km from my place. I then sent my son to collect and he was told my order is not there. As in I'd doesn't exist. When I tried to call the store the call kept cutting off. I'm sitting with hungry children and I pay transport to go collect. Now I have to go back to the store to find out what's happening 😔
