I'm not happy at all

I've never gotten such bad service in my life. I went to Pedros Dobsonville at 18:12:30 only go get my food an hour later. We then asked to see the manager and he spoke with us with a funny attitude on top of that there was a stuff member that was on a video call while we were waiting for our food. If it wasnt the speedpoint not working,they didn't have change,then we had to wait for an hour for our food.
