I'm disappointed in the manner of disrespect from stuff

I'm really disappointed about the level of disrespect and rude manner of one of the stuff in pedros inanda mtshebeni the lady had no name tag on her. Her name is Amahle I don't know whether it was the right name.She treated us like dogs serving us rushing to close we had no plates nothing only when I asked for the manager she offered with attitude I'm sorry but I've never seen such service pedros I'm really so disappointed she didn't even show any interest in my complain she was giving me attitude even in front of the management
