I was ****** in day light by Pedros

Yesterday I ordered a meal online and paid online and it was supposed to be a delivery.I never recieved my order.When I called them first time they said the order is on the way I must wait.i called them again after another hour they said the order was collected for delivery.I waited and called again only to be told by the manager that they don't deal with drivers so they can't help me I must lodge a complaint. The problem here is they know which driver collected the meal and I don't so why aren't they dealing with the driver because I paid them.
