I ordered my food online 3:40pm up until 4:55pm no delivery I've called the lady said the order is in the counter they are waiting for driver. I've waited driver came 5:20pm with a shot order I didn't take it. I've tried to call Petros Ormonde almost 30mins no one answer. At 6:05pm I've requested a Bold to go to the shop, I did ask my food the lady call store manager he said food is out. How cause I was trying many times to call and if they made a mistake they have to call me and apologize and tell me if the driver is coming, but that was a lie. I've told manager that I've paid for delivery online R40 and now I collect my food using Bolt that another expense R35+R36 for my Bolt I need my money back he didn't even respond even a sorry for their mistakes. I'm really ****ed
