I need justice for my money

I order food from N1 City Pedro via Uber eats I communicated with the drive Eric his name, I gave him the exact address and he said his coming I further. While I was waiting I noticed on the app that says order was delivered. I tried to call him no answer, I call the store no answer. I went to the store they say they couldn't help say the food was collected, they gave me number to contact. I contacted Uber eats and they said the store must lay a complaint on my behalf. I'm so furious with. N1 City Pedro's and Uber eats please do better, call Uber Eats as they said you must lay complaint on my behalf
