I found a Nail inside the full Chicken I had bought

I am so disappointed and disgusted. I bought a full Chicken with chips and rolls plus two burgers last week at Pedro's quagga center in Pretoria West. While we were eating the chicken with my family I found a nail. A whole human nail which had even changed color to that of the Pedro's sause. I was so disgusted and ended up vomiting, can you imagine having someone else's dirty nail in your mouth. Are the employees not supposed to be wearing gloves, how did this happen?. I immediately reached out to their Facebook page with pictures of the nail and the meal I was having. I was told to provide my information and they will get back to me. It's almost a week earlier and I have not gotten any feedback even after following up. I love Pedros chicken with all my heart but after finding a nail and the service thereafter I am not sure I even want to go back
