I didn’t receive what I ordered

I don’t know why I keep on ordering from Pedros Grobler street Polokwane because the service is horrible, I ordered a meal with an extra roll but I only got the meal without my extra roll but I was charged for it. The meat was dry, burnt without any sauce. I don’t know why I expected anything better because they always disappoint. I want my money back I can’t pay for something I never received
