I came and bought the R500 plata and when I bought it I told the lady on the till that the last time I bought it my chicken was so cold but the rest of the food was hot and asked to please inform the chefs about that. I waited for 40 minutes and opened my plata before leaving and my chickens were so cold and asked for the manager and saw him going to the till and the waitress fetched him and he pushed the waitress back and refused to come and take my complain I am buying this plata from the same store for the third time and the first time it was perfect 👌 but the two times after we're just bad. Bad service, bad management poor management
