I bought full chicken at Pedro's but unfortunately it was only half cooked

I bought full chicken at Pedro's but unfortunately it was only half cooked.I went back to the store to raise my concern and the manager took my receipt, assuring me that he will call me back.It now been two weeks,and I haven't heard anything.This experience have been disappointing not only because of the undercooked food but because of the lack of follow-up.I expect better service and accountability I hope Pedro's can improve their customers services and quality control going forward.
