I am disappointed

I am completely disappointed at Pedros in Cresta, I love Pedros so much I never go a week without driving there to get myself a Pedros. However yesterday from the phone order i spoke to a lady who couldn't care less what i am ordering she just wanted to get off the phone. I get there I met her face to face literally had to wait for her to pack my order while she spiced the burnt chips when they were already in the take away packet causing a mess. The chips were burnt the meat was burnt everything tasted terrible. I am really disappointed and hope someone can rectify this cause at least for now you have lost only 1 customer it could be worse cause I work with a lot of your customers and I am sure they wont like to hear my review.
