Hygiene and customer service

It was my first time and it will be my last time. I will never set foot in this establishment again at Pedro's Pine Street, Durban. I ordered my meal, but all the tables had dirty plates. The staff member serving the food came with my meal without cleaning the table first. He couldn't even put the food on the table because it was full of dirty plates. I asked him, "Why didn't you clean the table first before bringing my food?" He gave me a look that imp**** disrespect. Hygiene and customer service are very important, and your staff represents your brand. I don't need a call from you; I just hope you'll fix your hygiene issues and ensure your staff provides better customer service.
