Hungry and unsatisfied and wasted money (Pedros flame grilled)

06-06-24 at 19.01 is when i called and place an order for full chicken lemon & herb sprinkle with 2 large chips,when to collect at 19.30 at the overport branch brickfield road ,went home in Durban central to find out that the chicken was very spicey which my kids couldn't eat , i couldn't eat my reason being is coz i have ulcers ,tried calling back at 19.41 which was same number i used to place the order , pressed 3 to lay complaint which transferred to an overseas line so i cut the call and tried times which transferred to the same overseas line ,i understand it was almost closing time but doesn't mean you guys must up orders
